SERVICES PURCHASES, FEES, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
GroupInsiders bills you through an online billing account for payments due associated with your use of the GroupInsiders Services. You agree to pay GroupInsiders all charges at the prices then in effect, and you authorize GroupInsiders to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. You agree to make payment using that selected payment method. GroupInsiders reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. If you have paid for services that renew periodically, then you authorize GroupInsiders to charge your payment method upon renewal without being required to obtain authorization from you in each instance unless you have terminated the applicable service prior to the renewal date.
CANCELLATION OF A RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION
As stated above; you may cancel a recurring subscription for one of GroupInsiders services only if you terminated the applicable service prior to the renewal date.
All payments to GroupInsiders are final and not subject to refund.
You can try to reach GroupInsiders staff to discuss a refund request (Be Aware that only Site Administrator can approve your request) if you have one or more of the following reasons for your request:
- If you have mistakenly/unintentionally made a double payment for the same service.
- If staff has made an error with pricing a particular service and you were unaware of such error prior to payment completion, and there is a proof that GroupInsiders staff has discussed a different pricing elsewhere.
- If you strongly feel you deserve a refund for a reason not stated above.
Nonetheless, GroupInsiders administrator is the only party that can approve your request, and if he (administrator) determines appropriate in his own discretion.
